Delete pages from a PDF

Take out the blank sheets, the duplicated cover, or the internal notes that should not go to the client. Name the pages to remove and they disappear from the preview immediately — but stay in the rail, greyed out, in case you change your mind.

How it works

  1. 01Open the PDF.
  2. 02Type the pages to remove, e.g. "2, 5-7".
  3. 03Check the preview.
  4. 04Export the document without them.

Removed is not deleted

Removing hides a page rather than destroying it. Undo covers this too, but a page you removed twenty edits ago should not take twenty undos to recover — so it stays one click away until you export.

Questions

Are the removed pages really gone from the exported file?
Yes. The exported document contains only the pages you kept; the hidden ones exist solely in the editor session.
