Where to report
That address is monitored by a person. It is not an autoresponder, and not a queue nobody reads.
Abuse reports: labinor.noli@gmail.com
How to report
The quickest route is the report link on the recipient page itself, which fills in the identifier for you. By email, please include:
- The share link or its identifier — the long code in the link, before the #. This is the one thing we cannot proceed without: it is how a share is addressed, and we have no other way to find it.
- The category: child sexual abuse material, malware, intellectual property, harassment, or other.
- What you saw, and how. We cannot open the file, so your description is our only evidence. The more specific it is, the better we can act.
- Your contact details, if you are willing to be contacted for clarification. Optional.
Please do not send us the material
For the most serious category you should not send a copy to anyone: possessing and transmitting it may itself be an offence. Report it to us by identifier, and report it directly to the appropriate authority.
What happens next
A report is recorded against the identifier with its reason, description and timestamp. Reports of child sexual abuse material and of malware are flagged for immediate human attention.
A person then decides. Removal requires an operator credential and a deliberate action; nothing is deleted by the act of reporting, for the reasons set out in the acceptable use policy. If the share is destroyed, both the stored blob and its record go, irreversibly.
What we can act on
| Can we | Answer |
|---|---|
| Delete a share from its identifier alone | Yes, at any time, without decrypting anything. |
| Verify a report by inspecting the file | No. The key never reaches us. |
| Search storage for similar material | No. There is nothing searchable to search. |
| Tell you what was in a share, including one of your own | No. |
What we keep, and for how long
Reports outlive the shares they concern. A share lasts at most 24 hours, so a report about an expired link is often the only remaining record that it existed — which makes it the report most worth keeping, not the least. Reports are not deleted when the share is.
Legal requests
Please read the law-enforcement table in the acceptable use policy first: it sets out precisely what we hold, which is very little, and what we cannot produce at all.
