Organize PDF pages

Scanned documents arrive out of order, upside down, or with a blank sheet between every page. Drag pages into place, rotate the sideways ones, and drop the pages you do not need — watching the result as you go rather than exporting to find out.

How it works

  1. 01Open the PDF.
  2. 02Drag thumbnails in the rail to reorder them.
  3. 03Rotate any page that came in sideways.
  4. 04Export when the order looks right.

Reordering costs nothing

Dragging a page does not re-render it. Page images are cached against the source document, so the order can change as often as you like without any of the work being redone.

Rotation is applied on top of the file

Many scans already declare a rotation internally. Yours is applied on top of that, so a page that looks upright stays upright and one that does not can be corrected without guesswork.

Questions

Can I reorder pages with the keyboard?
Yes. Focus a page in the rail and use the arrow keys — dragging is not the only way, which also matters when the target page is scrolled out of view.
Will rotating a page re-compress it?
No. Rotation is recorded as a property of the page, not baked into the image.
